VAPOR DEN celebrates 12 years of helping people quit smoking and adjusting to a smoke-free lifestyle. We opened our doors in our old Berkeley location in 2008, we were the first brick and mortar in the SF Bay Area and one of the first in the country. All being ex-smokers our primary objective has always been to be a destination for education and products to aid smokers in their quest to transition. To date we have services 10's of thousands of ex-smokers in their transition to a healthier life. One that does not involve cigarette butts, ashtrays or smokers breath.

Now formally a Vape Shop Lounge, we now operate solely online. The laws are always changing in the Vapor industry and we felt the safest place to keep us operational was to go online. .We closed our doors in 2020 and became an online Vapor Emporium.  We realize the human connection is useful in trying to make a product decision or just a general question? So, please don’t hesitate and call us with any questions? you may have.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in order to be compliant and aid in our countries recovery we have closed our doors. But in order to continue to serve our valued customers we have been busy retrofitting our business to stay operational. During these dire times we will be offering same day deliveries to Berkeley, Oakland and Albany addresses and expedited shipping to any address in the US

upon reviewing various articles, it appears that the vape mail ban will now take into effect April 27th. This will allow us to ship your vape for another month!

In preparation to meet PACT and ATF compliance we are are going to start carding on checkout. This will take into effect 3/24. You will only have to verify once, and chances are that you have are already verified.

It is with great displeasure to announce that beginning on April 27th we will have limited shipping options, due to a new PACT ACT law that will take into effect April 27th.

The good news is that we are setting up infrastructure to adhere to the new policies and will support shipping to San Francisco and the greater East Bay once the new law is in effect. We will also continue to offer curbside pickup in Berkeley.

Former President Trump signed the 2021 Appropriations bill into law on Dec 27, 2020. Included in that 5,000+ page bill was language that adds “electronic nicotine delivery systems” (or “ENDS”) to shipping regulations enacted by The Jenkins Act and The Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act (PACT Act). The practical effect of the new law is a ban on shipping vapor products through the USPS.
