Hello,

First off, just want to say I LOVE Vapor Den in Berkeley and Max's assistance. Max was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the products!  

I purchased a battery -  "650 V2 Kit" (I believe that's the name of it, since I have 2 receipts with different purchases) on Sunday October 6th.  

It was working great and no issues at all, until yesterday. The light still goes on but it's not working. Reason I know is because have 2 other batteries... so I put the tank on the other battery and it works just fine. 

Could you please tell me what your exchange policy is? I would just like to exchange for the exact same battery. It's one of my favorites!

Hi Jeannie, sorry about your battery, of course we will exchange it. We haven't had many returns on the EVOD battery which is a plus, but once in a while you get a dud. Our policy is as follows, if the battery stops working  due to failure and not damage within a 30 day period we can accept an exchange on the battery. The eGo C upgrade battery also comes with a manufacturers warranty. Just bring it in with your receipt for the exchange and again sorry for the inconvenience.
